Create BingX and Bitget accounts, complete KYC & enable 2FA

Account Setup

  • Step 1: Visit the BingX official website (https://bingx.com). On the homepage, click "Sign Up" in the top right corner to start.

  • Step 2: Choose your preferred sign-up method, enter your phone number or email address, and set your password.

  • Step 3: Use the referral code DY5QNN. Read and tick the box, "I have read and agree to the Customer Agreement and Privacy Policy". After that, click "Sign Up". (Note: The password must be 8-20 characters long and contain both numbers and letters)

  • Step 4: Swipe right to complete the security verification puzzle. Finally, enter the verification code received via email or registered phone number. Your registration is now complete.

Once you've successfully created your account, proceed to verify your identity and set up 2FA security for your BingX account.

How to Complete KYC or Identity Verification

KYC is an acronym for Know Your Customer, which refers to the verification or due diligence of a customer's identity. KYC is intended to facilitate AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and protect against financial scams and impersonations, etc. Users' identity can be verified through the ID card, passport, or other documents they submit.

  • Step 1: Log in to your BingX account, and click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the BingX official website. Next, click "Identity Verification".

  • Step 2: Click "Individual Verification", select the issuing country/region of your document and choose your type of document.

  • Step 3: Upload the required document photos and submit a picture of yourself holding your document. Click "Next" and follow the instructions to complete your KYC verification.

Note: Kindly ensure that the information on the document you're holding matches the uploaded document. All photos should be bright and clear, with all corners of the documents visible.

How to Complete 2FA With Google Authenticator

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a security method that requires you to enter a dynamic verification code generated on your mobile phone to perform operations such as login and transfer. Before using 2FA, you'll need to link the authenticator. This security measure provides better protection for your account information and funds.

  • Step 1: Log in to the BingX official website and select "Account & Security" from the dropdown menu under the avatar icon.

  • Step 2: Scroll down to the "Security Center" section and you'll see "Google Verification". Click the "Link" button.

  • Step 3: Scan the QR code that corresponds to your mobile phone's operating system (iOS/Android) to download Google Authenticator. You can also download and install it directly from the app store.

  • Step 4: Open the Google Authenticator app and tap the "+" sign located at the bottom right corner. Next, scan the QR code displayed on the web page to complete the GA setup.

Alternatively, you can copy the BingX key displayed on the web page and tap the "+" sign located at the bottom right corner of the Google Authenticator app. Select "Enter a setup key" and paste it in.

  • Step 5: Slide to complete the verification puzzle. Fill in both verification codes received via the sign-up email and Google Authenticator. Click "Submit" and the linking process will be completed successfully.

  • Step 2: Account Registration

    • You can choose to register either with your email address or your telephone number

    • Enter a secure password

    • Use the referral code 1qlg for initial account benefits.

    • Accept the User Agreement and Privacy Policy

    • Click on "Create Account"

  • Step 3: Confirm your account

    • After submitting the registration form, you will be asked to verify your account. Bitget will send a verification email containing a confirmation link.

    • Click on this link to activate your account.

  • Step 3: Download the Google Authenticator APP (In App Store or Google play)

  • Step 4: Open the Google Authenticator app and tap on the "+" symbol located at the bottom right corner. Next, scan the QR code displayed on the website to add the authentication token.

Additionally, you can copy the Bitget key displayed on the website and tap on the "+" symbol located at the bottom right corner of the Google Authenticator app. Select "Enter setup key" and paste it.
